Faerie Cakes etc

Anne Savstano of Faerie Cakes etc has a passion for cake decorating. When she retired from nursing in 2018, Anne began making gumpaste and fondant flowers. She realized that online classes weren't enough to perfect her flower designs, so she  took intensive classes with Maggie Austin of Maggie Austin Cakes and and Anna Ashtashkina of Ashtashkina Cakes & learned how to refine her techniques.

 

She continues to work on her designs and continually works on her craft to expand her line of gumpaste & wafer paper flowers. Recently, she has added Rice Paper (Spring Roll Wrapper) flowers to her repertoire.
